Kfc - Shreveport

It’s been 20 minutes since I placed my order, and the restaurant is empty—I'm the only one waiting. I'm not sure why it's taking so long.

We were informed that we needed to wait 16 minutes for fresh chicken, but instead, we ended up waiting 30 minutes, and the chicken we received was not fresh at all! We paid $31.99 for a 16-piece order last night on Hearn St., and the service was the worst I've ever experienced. If we had gotten food poisoning, I would seriously consider suing the restaurant! They claimed they had run out of chicken, but that turned out to be a lie as well. I am extremely disappointed with the representatives of this franchise; they should take pride in their work. Their dishonesty towards customers speaks volumes about their character. If you know better, you should do better!

The food was quick and fresh. However, the sauce on the sandwich was burned, though it was still acceptable. The restaurant could use a good cleaning.

I wanted 3 wings they were out so I just decided to get 1 drumstick and the guy told me $3.56 me NOT this was on Hearne the black manager a guy

I didn't receive any utensils to eat with the cookie was stale it was a missed visit.
