Fat Calf Brasserie - Shreveport

I really enjoyed the vibes of this restaurant when I went for their Social Hour, which is Tuesday-Saturday from 4-7pm. Andrew was our server, and he was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend the Cauli Bites. I found the burger to be slightly salty, but I split it with my friend who thought it was perfect :

This place is our number one when we get a date night. They never disappoint. The cocktails are fabulous, the apps are delicious, the entrees are amazing and creative and the dessert is a 10 of 10. I cannot say enough about this place. The service is amazing as well Worth every penny. Make a reservation. So happy we have this gem in Shreveport.

The service was one, if not the best we have had around Shreveport. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. The food was well crafted. I recommend trying the Mr. Pink as an alcoholic beverage and having the brussel sprouts (so good???????? as an appetizer. Overall a good experience.

Can?t speak highly enough of the attentive service and cleanliness. The happy hour drink and appetizer pricing is a great deal and will keep us coming back even if not having an actual dinner- to the Fat Calf staff- please don?t change this! I feel like you will get the bulk of your business from that offering. The Brussels sprouts, burnt ends, and Parmesan fries were the star of our anniversary celebration as we both didn?t particularly care for our entrees. I am notgoing to ding the review for that because I know the menu changes seasonally and I don?t feel like that should contribute to the overall rating of the restaurant. We did mention not caring for the duck to our server, and we had a partialcredit on our check without having asked. That speaks volumes toward customer service! That alone would have been reason enough for us to come back just because of the rarity of such acts in dining these days.

I went there on weekday evening with my husband for a date night, we have reserved online it was so easy, we picked a table outside, the vibe was great and cozy everybody was super nice, we started with drinks there was a big selection then we started with some appetizers as the waiter have recommended for us it was an awesome choice the roasted bone marrow was incredible it is so tasty we loved it, the moules and frites were super yummy also the crispy Brussels sprouts weregood but not my personal favorite comparing with the other options. Unfortunately we got too full from the appetizers so we didn?t order any entrées. We absolutely will come again and I recommend this restaurant for everyone.
