Burger Bach - Short Pump

Some of our food arrived without utensils or drinks, and the person who brought the drinks promised to check on the fries, which never came. It seemed like there were enough staff members, but they lacked motivation. No one checked on us during our meal to see how everything was. Although the food we received was good, the overall experience was quite disappointing, especially considering the cost (over $40 for a burger, wings, and two soft drinks). A few adjustments could really bring this place back to its former glory. Come on, management!

I ordered through GrubHub and was disappointed to find that a third of my order was missing. GrubHub only refunded the cost of the burger and nothing else. There’s no option to receive my meal without placing a new order and incurring additional fees. Just a heads up: the restaurant struggles to fulfill orders properly, and if you go through GrubHub, you may end up without your meal.

The bartender/server was outstanding, displaying a high level of professionalism and always alert, especially when reminding guests to watch for the corner while leaving the bar area.

This place is the Best burger I ever had it was so juicy!! I did not take pics this time but will be returning!!!
