Cups 'n Cakes Bakery - Shorewood

I'm quite particular about desserts, especially cakes, which is why I felt the need to share my thoughts. I bought three cakes, and not only were they all stunningly beautiful, but they were also incredibly delicious! Everyone who tasted them was amazed. I highly recommend this place!

Fantastic customer service! The moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted. The cupcakes were incredible—so delicious that I've decided to switch from my usual cupcake place to this one. Plus, it's a Black-owned business, which is an added bonus!

I visited recently, and while the cake pops were decent, I noticed that two staff members were wearing open-toed sandals behind the counter, which was a bit off-putting for a bakery. To be honest, I probably won't be coming back. I find Nothing Bundt Cakes to be a better option in this area.

Amazing place! The best macarons I’ve eaten ever. The cheesecake coconut on top is fabulous.

Ordered a german chocolate cake this morning for today and they were able to make it last minute for me. The cake was absolutely delicious!!! The young lady who made the cake was also the person who took care of me when I picked it up and she had excellent customer service skills!!
