Alive Juice - Shoreline

Not exactly sure how to rate this so I went in the middle! Just got a Tropical Northwest and it was really tasty but not filling like I was hoping for! I randomly stopped by on my way home from Edmonds and was craving a smoothie! Pulled up and the sign out front says Mean People Inside I thought no big deal, i 'm an easy customer just wanting to order and get out no need to small chat or hang! But the sign really should have said rude asian man inside, follow instructions or have a terrible customer experience I had never been there before so I walked in looking for the menu. Most places have a large board with the options so I was looking around for it. I was walking up to the register and the Asian dude said Stand over there pretty rudely! I didn 't know I was supposed to just call out my order but figured that out pretty quickly! My suggestion to them would be to have a better flow of customer experience. Make it clear exactly what they should do-where the menu is, how to order, when to pay! When you walk in, the process for ordering is on the side wall and that is not where the customer eyes go until very late in the process. Overall, I guess take everything with a grain of salt. Not how I would run a business by any means but it 's not my business and if they think this is a good business model then more power to them. I think there is a fine line between being rude and being mean and this dude was just rude. Maybe he hates his life idk. I very likely will never be back unless for god knows why this is the only business open within miles. My advice, just go to the Starbucks across the parking lot and get a smoothie there (yes, they do make some).

I wanted a particular type of smoothie and saw that this place was nearby. It's an interesting set up like I think I recall seeing a play area for kids inside. There was a TON of fresh fruit visible (and subsequently used in my smoothie). The attendant (who I also believe was the owner) was very attentive and helpful. Smoothie was delicious.

I give this a ZERO star, absolute TRASH, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Went in expecting to try some smoothies but walked in and turned right around and left. The Asian man at the front was so rude if you're reading this you're PSYCHO get help. You don't treat your customers like that if you want to run a business!!

I just went in today and ordered a smoothie. But the Asian male with glasses who was at the front was being a rude ****. I don't care how good your smoothies are, you don't treat people like that. I immediately cancelled my order and walked out. If your that cashier and you're reading this you're a piece of ****. Stop acting like your wife left you and it's the end of the world.
