Jacobs Bakery

From the first time I entered the bakery to order a birthday cake, to the day I picked it up, could not fault the customer service, professional, so happy to help, courteous and friendly! I had approached another bakery about using our own Sonic cake topper and they weren’t sure they could do it but Jacobs didn’t hesitate! Nothing was a problem!!! The cake itself was AMAZING!!! And, not just to look at! It was a beautiful fluffy sponge with icing that made you want more!!! The kids were asking for seconds and the parents commenting on how fresh and delicious the cake was!!! Everyone enjoyed it, thank you to the team at Jacobs, we will be back!!!

After being overseas and away from Brisbane for 5 years, high on the list for return visits was my fav bakery. Finally got to go today, and as always the pepper steak pie and caramel slice delivered ALTHOUGH why have you change the pie pastry??? I tell everyone about this place especially overseas- its a knock out bakery, but why change what's already perfect. Change the pastry back....... thats all we want!

Lovely friendly staff. They make the best on the spot salad sandwiches. They make others, but I love the salad ones. And, for sweets. I can't leave Jacobs without buying a fresh vanilla slice with passionfruit icing. too. It HAS to be the ones with the passionfruit icing. Delish !!!! There is a beautiful dark hair girl who serves, and she not only makes the best sandwiches for me, she's always happy, bubbly and smiling. I don't know her name, but please thank her. Thank you Lynda
