Coffee seemed to be reheated, very bitter, worse Dunkin I've ever experienced. Let alone nothing was mixed, the workers didn't even acknowledge us in the drive-through, they were too busy being loud talking amongst themselves about boy girl drama. : UPDATE! Went back, asked for a decaffeinated Frappuccino that I've gotten before) they told me they don't do Frappuccino in decafe. Straight up lied to me, let alone one woman whose always there was yelling at us in another language when we asked if it was decafe, she said yes we explained that it didn't say it on the paper stuck to the coffee, so she started yelling, got another person who then is the one who stated cold drinks don't come in decafe.

Not good service.I already bought today 2 omelette bites,1 snackin'Bacon and 6 pieces hash browns,and the snackin'Bacon was missing and I was charged for that.If I don't receive a refund I'm not gonna go to that store again.The manager very unpolitely and rude told me No,about the refund or giving me the Snacking Bacon she didn't give me before,and I paid for it. No More buying at this place!!!!

Favorite place to get a morning pick me up. Was so happy to find one so close to the hotel

They have amazing drinks, food, and quality, and the drinks are up to $3-$5 and that is way better than Starbucks prices! Each Starbucks drink adds up to about $6-$8

Early morning hot chocolate is good but the donuts not so good!!! I order cream filled long johns and the filling is really good but when you bite into the donut it is crunchy litterly crunchy like it has been setting out for a long time. I just stoped going because of too many time has this happened
