Shirley Sub Shoppe

I really wanted a pizza and didn't have access to a vehicle. I haven't had the best experience from Shirley Sub Shoppe before, however, it was never terrible. However, this time was horrendous. Not only was I brought the incorrect order, but I had to wait another 15-20 minutes for my now lukewarm pizza. On top of being very late and almost cold, there was grease pooled all over the pizza. I dabbed as much grease off as I could, however I still ended up in the bathroom for over an hour. I am definitely not going to order from Shirley Sub Shoppe for a while.

Delivery takes twice as long as the estimate given on the phone, food always old and cold and to expensive to get cold food. When I called, they tried to give me the owners phone number to call directly?

Either the Food has improved slightly here or my taste buds are gone.. definitely have to watch the prices !! Because one person on the phone will tell you one price, and the driver will tell you another..

I love shirley sub shoppe. The food is consistent and staff is pleasant. We order from them often and communication is always easy. I get the avocado BLT panini and a side of bacon cheese fries. Always hits the spot.

Nothing won me over to come back. Nothing was bad. Nothing was amazing
