I just had cream cheese bagels and iced teas, but it's clear that they genuinely want to offer great service and keep their customers coming back.

The bacon avocado tomato sandwich was enjoyable, but the bacon wasn't cooked enough. On the other hand, the macchiatos were spot on!

The lid on my coffee wasn't secured properly, and it spilled everywhere. I ended up losing my entire coffee and my croissant. Now I'm left without either.

Left my gates wide open so my animals could get out. More then angry. Gates were closed when they entered and should be left in the exact same manner. Wish I could give less stars, just very relive that I was able to get my dogs in.

The restaurant features an aesthetically pleasing setup, complete with a Christmas tree and Santa Claus decorations. The merchandise is well-organized, including adorable lip balms shaped like Munchkins. They handle orders quickly, but there's a bit of a twist: they’ve placed stickers on the floor for social distancing (this review is from the pandemic era, of course) that guide people to wait vertically in line. However, they have customers standing close together at two adjacent cash registers for transactions, which seems to defeat the purpose of social distancing, especially if you're being cautious about COVID-19. There's convenient parking right in front of the entrance. This location is combined with Baskin Robbins, so if you find yourself craving more sugar after your syrup-laden coffee and Boston Kremes, you’re in luck!
