Customer service was non existent. Staff sat at a table with other customers and ignored us when we entered then finally came to the bar when we were waiting. The girl serving wasn’t rude but wasn’t welcoming either, just a ‘what do you want?’. Pricing good and nicely decorated. I think staff need hygiene training as the bar man was kept chewing his fingers the whole time we were there, never washed his hands once, then proceeded to serve drinks touching the rim of peoples glass with his slobbery fingers. Been a few times before for meals and had a very pleasant experience. Bit this time there was hardly anyone there. Had a table booked. Wasn't greeted on arrival. Found own table. Had to ask to be served. Food was good. Asked for bill, which had a service charge on. 3 diners getting a nearly £10 service charge?!! 3 diners who had to ask to be served!!! We complained and that was removed and a cash tip was given to the member of staff that made alil effort. As I said food was good but 1 diner did throw up later.....she ate halloimi and hawaiin pizza.....different to me. Disappointed.
