Salt Kitchen - Ship Bottom

This was one of the best meals I've ever had. Everything was perfect, from the drinks (the lemon drop martini was just right, not too sweet) to the appetizers and entrees. The fish tasted incredibly fresh, and the entire staff was very friendly.

A culinary experience that rivals the finest on Long Beach Island. Flavors that delight the palate. Everything is incredibly fresh. Simply outstanding!

The large portions of steak and salmon were cooked to perfection. The sides of broccoli rabe and garlic potatoes were also well-seasoned and delicious.

What a wonderful restaurant weekend experience. From the beginning to the end I received 5 star service. From the beginning, our hostesses were friendly, friendly and efficient. Our waitress was on the point with all the best recommendations and was always to check on us. I ordered the scallops for my meal and they were cooked for perfection! Scallops are my favorite and they have not disappointed. I also had a fantastic dessert with espresso upstairs. Overall an excellent experience!

Went during COVID and all guidelines were adhered to. The service was superb and the food was amazing. We started with Grilled Octopus appetizer which the texture and flavors were perfect. For entrées we had the Halibut and the Scallops and shared a side of Brussel Sprouts ... everything was mouth watering delicious. Their cocktails were equally as satisfying. The dessert choices were minimal but we were too full anyway. Can’t wait to go back.
