Maristella's Luncheonette - Ship Bottom

I just enjoyed one of the best cheesesteaks I've ever had! Delicious! The portions were just right. Every ingredient was of the highest quality—from the tasty hoagie roll and flavorful beef to the cheese, onions, tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and perfectly pickled pickles. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to Ship Bottom to have another one!

Local, hands on owner. This place is clean and organized. Attention to detail is evident. Food was good, coffee was hot and not too strong. We enjoyed talking with the owner and hearing his story. Perfect little breakfast/lunch spot!

Charming little place for breakfast and lunch with a surprisingly extensive menu. The staff was incredibly friendly. The extra cost for the tater tots is definitely worth it!

This cozy little luncheonette may not be fancy, but it serves excellent sandwiches and egg dishes. I would give the food a solid 4 stars, though the overall atmosphere only gets a 3. The prices are reasonable, and the portions for the sandwiches are generous. I would definitely return and likely place a takeout order in advance next time.

Maristella’s has a special feel as soon as you walk in the door. There is a welcoming warmth that makes you feel as comfortable as if you were in your own home. Whatever you are in the mood for is likely on their menu, but you may change your mind three times as their extensive offerings are all appealing. From sandwiches with fresh marbled rye, to breakfast dishes with special twists, you cannot go wrong at Maristella’s. And their chili and fresh made chips is a “must try.” Great as a meal on its own, but let yourself be tempted to order it as a side so you can try one of their other amazing dishes. Be sure to stop in as soon as you hit the boulevard, as they are located right at the circle.
