Gold Pan Pizzeria - Shingle Springs

Had this pizza while bartending one day, customer brought it in and fell in love. Closest to NY style pizza ive had in california . Just tasty even as just cheese! Which ihardly ever do. Got my pizza cooked well, typically would put sun dried tomatoes on halfway through so they dont burn, but still fantastic pizza!!!!! Wings were great, tasty, although the garlic parm was in a huge glob (third pic) rather than coated well. Still yummy though

Always tastes really good though the end product consistency can very between visits: Bedrock BBQ Chicken Pizza (Medium 12 That said, our special instructions were overlooked this time which made it just good rather than great.

This was my first time ordering from Gold Pan Pizzeria. We got the Dynamite Veggie Pizza (X-Large 18" and it was pretty good. The crust was a little underdone. I prefer a crispy crust and this was not. Also, slices could not be picked up and eaten but had to be eaten with a fork. The toppings were generous but the flavors were underwhelming. It arrived quickly and hot, so thats great. Ill definitely give them another shot to make sure the things I didnt love were a fluke or something consistent.
