This is a highly recommended place for shiitake mushroom lovers. I visited with three friends who also love shiitake mushrooms, and we took a factory tour and harvesting experience. The employees were very polite and the inside of the factory was like nothing we had seen before, it was a series of amazing sights. Harvesting shiitake mushrooms was truly enjoyable and made us feel like we were kids again, it went by so quickly. The shiitake mushroom dishes that followed were all delicious, especially the shiitake soup, which was outstanding. My friends were so impressed that they said they definitely want to bring their families next time. This is a highly recommended place for shiitake mushroom lovers. The only downside was that T-points were not reflected due to a communication issue, so I rate it 4 out of 5.

The mushroom potage soup was really delicious, with a wonderful fragrance and umami flavor. I would love to try the mushroom burger next.

Delicious. A restaurant that would make even those who dislike shiitake mushrooms shiver. The fritto was surprisingly tasty.
