Starbucks - Shiloh

Starbucks used to be place known for its premium coffee and warm, cosy atmosphere, now it is s parlor for kids hangout and over priced mediocre coffee where most people come for frapuccinos.What a shame.

I came to get 2 drinks and was in line for over 25 minutes. The line only had around 3, maybe 4 people in front of me. At least 3-4 people were working; there's no way it should've taken as long as it did. I've worked at many different food/fast food places and I know they could've gotten all of us out of there a lot more quickly than they did.

Super efficient staff and baristas!! The perfect location to grab a signature coffee and or pastry before shopping. A fair variety of drinks besides coffee and ALL of their food items are scrumptious!! ?? If the line looks long, don't worry, it will move quickly!! A plus the bathroom is right around the corner.

Worst starvucks I've ever been to! Can't ever order my drink how I want because they always out of important ingredients like coffee for Fraps, caramel, White mocha, whipped cream and cold foam. I never get my order right and they don't telk you until they are halfway through with your drink. I started going to O'Fallon one simply so I can get my drink with all the ingredients it's supposed to have. Won't go back to this one anymore.

Sat in the drive thru for 42 min for a coffee and tea. Absolutely the worst service. They should close the drive thru if they have no plans to make orders timely.
