Noodles Company - Shiloh

I ordered the Penne Rosa and it was awful. There was no sauce or vegetables, just dry noodles with a side of parmesan chicken. I felt like I didn't get what I paid for at all. When I tried to give feedback, the manager asked for my order number but never responded to me. The food here is terrible and the management doesn't seem to care about their customers or offer refunds. Save yourself some time and money and go somewhere else in the area. There are much better places to spend your money.

Stephanie was extremely rude when checking us out at the restaurant. She slammed the food on the table, constantly bothered us during our meal, and even questioned the validity of our military ID. The manager then approached us and insulted us for a minor mistake, accusing me of stealing a cup that I had paid for. Despite the disrespectful behavior from the staff, including the manager, the chef in the kitchen was pleasant and prepared tasty food.

My friend and I both ordered the pan Asian noodles with beef, but we wished it had more spices. We also tried the potstickers, which were delicious but not very warm. The sauce on the potstickers was beautiful and spicy.

I had the buttered egg noodles, Korean BBQ meatballs and kiesty garlic bread. The fried egg noodles were excellent. No lack of butter and well seasoned with salt and parmesan. Would have this court back. The Korean BBQ meatballs were made from ground meat, which was obviously completely reworked, so that the interior texture is completely homogeneous and rubber-like. That's the last thing you want with a meatball. It should be worked as little as possible to get a round shape, and that's it. I didn't see it either, but I would suspect that the meatball is pig and not beef, or maybe a mixture with mostly pork. The sweet Korean BBQ sauce tasted great, but the meat was unpleasant. Wouldn't recommend. The cheeky garlic bread was only small ovals of bread melted with cheese. I didn't taste garlic at all. Mine was also burned to blackness on the bottom and essentially ruined. I would not recommend this article. You don't have a sweet tea either. Yes, they have sugar packages, but this will not dissolve in room temperature tea. Also try to do this, which requires to pour tea into a cup first, then ice into the drink that, as you know, is not ideal if you do not like your drink all over the hand. On the surface, her menu looks fantastic. I was very excited to try this place and I imagined that I became regular because the strange mix of objects they serve was everything I really enjoy. I don't know if this will be my reality. I will probably give them another chance and try some of the other menu options, but I must say I'm not hopeful.

So, I clearly at this point, have a zoodles addiction but this store location is amazing and your staff here is what really is making you successful and for me to spend a CRAZY amount of money here a month. BIG shout out to the employees at this location and I love you guys too!! ?
