Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

Went thru the drive thru around 1030pm, ordered a turtle Sundae. Waited about 15 min in line, 2 cars ahead of us. Got to the window, got our order. Looked at it, asked if this was a turtle Sundae since it didn't have the fudge sauce. They said they ran out of fudge. So why didn't they mention that when we ordered!!?? They didn't even offer something else or ask if we wanted something else instead. It was disappointing. The cup container was messy with melted ice cream on the sides. Had to ask for napkins! ????

Went through the drive-thru and the person running the window never said a word to me. When I asked for ketchup he grunted at me twice. Never, how are you today or thank you, nothing.

IDK what was going on here? Had a line that didn't seem to move, they had to close the drive thru? This was the first time I've ever seen this happen, didn't even get to eat here and we left right away... No one was taking orders..

Go to Culvers.....far better food, service and employees that care.

Shiloh Freddy’s is appalling! The service is horrible, staff appear to be annoyed to be working. Food was awful! The person at the drive through window needs to go back to customer service training. Very poor management. The manager Shakita is completely unprofessional and down right rude.
