Soba House Jīn Sè Bù Rú Guī Xīn Sù Yù Yuàn Běn Diàn

I give Hottogisu restaurant 5 stars. I am fortunate to live only 30 seconds away from this amazing place. This restaurant is ranked in the top 5 best shops in Tokyo, with Walker magazine rating it as the best in 2016. I highly recommend all travelers to try their unique ramen, which you will not find anywhere else, not even in the US. The soup is made with a base of soy sauce and clams, giving it a light and delicious flavor. The noodles have a perfect chew to them. Make sure to finish your whole bowl before leaving, as no one leaves without doing so. Come and experience it for yourself!

Absolutely golden! Both the noodles and the broth are excellent. It's practically a work of art. A word of admiration.
