The Old Spaghetti Factory - Sherwood

Service was good, our server was friendly. However, the food was absolutely terrible. I had better spaghetti and meatballs of a frozen $2.00 dinner. The bread was good. Do not recommend to come here about price and extremely low quality food. pretty irritated I dropped $50 on a dinner for two and it was so bad that I didn't even want to bring the left home.

I've been dying for a few years to try this place and finally stop for lunch! Food was fast, restaurant was clean; and the staff was really nice! Everything was perfect for my 10-year anniversary with my wife. Great food, great drinks? Thank you.

About expensive disgusting food and rude waitress. As a mother's day treating what I thought would be a decent experience. The only good was bread. We were completely forgotten. Waited over 1 hour to get out of order. We had reservations and sat about 10 minutes early. The excuse we were given was the kitchen secured so that your order had not yet been made. All other tables were spoken by management and either a free meal or discounts were taken. Someone asked if we wanted more drinks from the bar, then never came with them again. We got them just before we got our ice cream 2 hours after sitting and the whole restaurant was cleared out. IF the food was good, the lack of service would have been manageable. The food was terrible. The noodles were not even near Aldente, the dishes we ordered were missing the star ingredients. The Alfredo sauce would not stick to the noodles and simply throw it on the floor of the plate. That was my first and last time in an old spaghetti factory.

Had a desire for Italian and a fun night with my girl. I was wrong, very wrong. Let me start with great service, at least with a smile that waiters were there to take place and help if necessary what gives a star absolutely. It did not help the attitude, although with the loud popping of balloons next to us, yes according to sporadic Popping, apparently they have a balloon artist on Saturday nights for children, whether it is the artist or the children they colonize, we will never know. Then who put the table forgot to make forks, yes, as soon as our salad and noodles arrived, we were kind of stranded for a bit. Then the drinks came, although very strong, which deserved a certain star, the lack of drinking in one and the other completely filled with ice, only thought it was overkilled either way. After all, the food itself, my salad was soggy and the noodles were so dry and tasteless I had to ask for a side of the sauce that helped. The bread was fresh and warm, but had only a blunt knife to cut it, no bread knives are present. With about $25 a person it was simply not worth saving for remnants or ending it. If you want a date night, go somewhere else, or just not on Saturdays here, which seems silly. We won't be back soon.

First-timers here! We really enjoyed our time and dinner. We got a nice seat on the trolley which made our experience even better. Love the 3 course meal option. Spaghetti was amazing, my daughter got the cheese and spinach ravioli and she loved it. Ended with ice cream that was delicious. Our servers name was Jenna and she couldn't have been better, very attentive and kind. Thank you for a wonderful first time experience ?
