Kfc Kentucky Fried Chicken - Sherwood

Order whatever you like, but don’t expect to receive what you asked for. If you request a correction, prepare for some yelling from the back, and still no changes will be made. I had to go inside twice to get my order fixed, and they still didn’t take it into account.

On the night of August 30, 2021, I visited Sherwood KFC and had the best finger-licking good experience! The chicken was perfectly cooked, falling right off the bone and melting in my mouth. I paired it with the perfect mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, and coleslaw. I've been enjoying this since 1984 in California! I just wanted to thank the cook and the cashier for making my night so delightful. I'm so happy that I can't stop laughing!

This is a fantastic spot, especially with the Taco Bell on-site! My husband is a huge fan of KFC's Hot Wings—they're a bit too spicy for me, but they taste amazing. I'm also a fan of their coleslaw. I'm not really a chicken person, so I usually go for the Taco Bell Nachos Bell Grande, which are quite tasty. The frozen drinks here are excellent too!

Ordnete crispy got original. Chicken was dark in color and had old oil taste. Potatoes with mash were contaminated and had a consistency of the paste. Coleslaw was tasteless, it tasted like shredded vegetables without Mayo. Biscuits were old. Mac cheese had a strange taste. I loved KFC, but after that I am not sure if I can recommend eating there. KFC used to be the king of chickens, but not anymore.

Well, sent a friend there hoping the service would be better than the Cabot AR location. That's a laugh. He got we want do that and you have to take the chicken how we mix it. So if you want extra crispy you will have to take a mix of extra crispy and original. Want all legs, nope sorry. Must order mixed even if that's not what you want. And it can't be all the same breading. The kicker, called the customer service number to see about all of this. Their response .... the restaurant is supposed to give the customer what they asked for and not tell them they can't or want do it. The franchise owner is to follow the rules of KFC and not make up their own. That's how they loose their franchise license. Obviously they don't care if they do or not. So, don't bother going there, don't waste your time or money for poor service and combative employees.
