Moe's Southwest Grill - Sherwood Manor

I get the same thing every time I go to a Moe's location: Burrito with chicken, pinto beans, rice, queso, lettuce, and cheese. When I went in, there was a line of customers who were not being assisted and multiple employees who were ignoring the line of customers, I told the employee making my burrito that I wanted queso in the burrito. The employee labeled it but never put it in my burrito. Then I went to get my drink, and it was not carbonated in any aspect. I have been to much much better locations than this one, and I will never be going to this location again.

Really good, their sour cream is the BOMB. I got a bowl today from Moes southwest grill cullman alabama though, it was my first time trying a bowl 10/10
