Sage Cafe - Sherman

The burger was cooked to perfection and piled high with generous toppings, while the smoked turkey sandwich was truly the best I've ever had. Both dishes came with excellent fries, and the service was friendly and attentive. It's no surprise that we often make the 45-minute drive to enjoy this incredible restaurant in old town Sherman.

This charming, trendy café is located just outside the square in downtown Sherman. It features cozy small table seating and provides incredibly fast service with a friendly smile. The dishes are generously portioned, made from scratch, and absolutely delicious. The coconut macarons are simply to die for!

Everything is made from scratch here—they even cure their own bacon! Everything we tasted was absolutely delicious. Christine was a wonderful server.

I have had the pleasure to eat here once and order from them another time. We ordered different things each time. Everything was just fantastic. You can tell that everything is homemade, even things like the corned beef and the potato chips. I think the bread is house made too or at least ordered fresh. It's just fantastic. And the people are friendly, welcoming, and quick too. When we are there, it was a chilly, cloudy day and the cozy but fun cafe setting was perfect. You could tell the locals frequented loyally. When we ordered delivery, everything was packaged with care, and the sandwiches were perfectly intact when they arrived. (HUGE sandwiches by the way). A must-visit!

This place is fantastic. The burgers, crab cake sliders, and burnt basque cheesecake are great. Do yourself a favor and have lunch here.
