Pho Kitchen - Sherman

This is a fantastic spot for Vietnamese cuisine. The pho is rich and flavorful, and the banh mi sandwiches are perfectly crafted and delicious. The spring rolls are made fresh, featuring delightful bites of rice noodles, shrimp, pork, along with Thai basil and mint. They also offer a selection of beverages, including boba tea, Thai iced tea, and coffee. The chef is always enthusiastic and personalizes his approach, and the weekend specials showcase unique recipes that aren't available on the regular menu. This bright gem in Sherman truly deserves your support. If you recall the previous Asian cuisine restaurant here, you'll be pleased to find that this menu is a significant upgrade, despite the similar name.

Absolutely fantastic! I'm not a Pho expert, but I know delicious food, and Pho Kitchen really delivers. The broth was hearty and flavorful, the boba tea was rich and delightful, and the egg rolls are the perfect way to kick off any meal. It was wonderful in every sense of the word.

Very nice, simple selection of Vietnamese dishes! My wife I photographed both enjoyed it very much. The broth was delicious and it is always fun to add in the extras to make your own perfect shell. There were $20 for both of us a lot of food (medium bowls). We are happy to go back and try their sandwiches. I hear you also have fantastic fried rice, in case you need to twist your friend / major others try something new! Your Taro tea was the bomb! It tastes like a vanilla milkshake, but even better.

I was craving Pho all the way down to Texas, but never thought I'd find some it Sherman! But there it was next to my hotel. It hot the spot! Good was excellent. Staff were polite and helpful. The decor was a bit utilitarian and Spartan, but no biggie there. The only thing missing from my Pho was a small dish to mix the Sracha and Housing sauces in for doing the meat.
