Applebee's - Sherman

Could have used a double shot in my Hawaiian blue; Speedy service though!

The waiter was friendly and pleasant. The view was lovely, but the restaurant felt a bit chilly inside. Our meals were served to us promptly, and the waiter was very attentive, offering us more drinks without us having to ask. We dined around midnight, and there weren't many patrons at that hour. The food was tasty, though the shrimp were slightly undercooked, while the chicken was a bit overcooked. Both dishes were well-seasoned and flavorful. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

When I lived in the area, I always enjoyed dining at this restaurant, and today, I found it just as good as I remembered. The waitstaff I encountered were consistently friendly and were accommodating when I needed to make changes to my order. I will definitely return the next time I'm in Sherman.

I ordered from the Christmas menu, which felt a bit overpriced. The restaurant was clean, but the service could have been improved. The food was decent, but there weren't many options on the Christmas menu. It would have been nice to have some choices from the regular menu as well.

Taylor was our server and she was awesome. The best service I have had at that establishment. And the manager Kirby greeted us, sat us, and immediately took our drink order. She is by far the best manager I’ve ever come across in this particular Applebee’s. With great service like this we will definitely be back soon. Everything was great and we didn’t have to send anything back.
