All u can eat sushi, with quality u can't beat... if u aren't planning on gaining 10 pounds at dinner, just order a la carte... ahi tuna salad is the best in town... this will quickly and quietly become your favorite sushi joint...

Midori is still solid even after a 8+ month hiatus. i finally went back with 7 people and we grubbed down like no other. <br/ <br/ hamachi: good, soft not buttery like high end places, but totally acceptable for an ayce joint <br/ <br/ sake: same as the hamachi, solid <br/ <br/ maguro: firm but lacking in the flavor department <br/ <br/ aji: pretty darn good, ever so slightly fishy <br/ <br/ uni: solid, firm and creamy <br/ <br/ hamachi collar: very meaty and just the right amount of seasoning <br/ <br/ mussels: as good as always spicy <br/ <br/ scallop: very good, firm scallops and the scallop to rice ratio inured to our benefit <br/ <br/ ankimo: solid, not the best but very palatable <br/ <br/ karaage: still as good as ever <br/ <br/ amaebi: decent, not slimy this time so that was good <br/ <br/ my friends and i had a great time as we noshed and downed kikusui all night. good times. <br/ <br/ bump up to 4 stars due to: <br/ 1. fresher fish <br/ 2. better rice to fish ratio <br/ 3. exemplary service

All you can eat!. The atmosphere is nice, the sushi is above average. The prices are average. However, $25.95 all-you-can-eat is a great deal...order directly off the menu. Service is average. Get there before 7pm, because they get EXTREMELY busy after 7.

Do not believe the complainers this is the very best AYCE ever. EVER. I love sushi, I'm very picky and I have eaten sushi at all the nice restaurants and I love it here, AYCE will never be premium sushi anywhere, but It's fun when you want to splurge but not break the bank. I don't mind them including tip, it's a way to protect their servers and many restaurants do it these days. Very sweet staff too. My favorites are Sexy Lady Roll Encino Roll Kamikaze Roll Volcano Roll Crispy rice nugget #4 roll Baked Salmon sushi and sashimi All of the tuna's and the halibut Other Miso Gyoza
