I got in line for breakfast at 10:05am and the line was long but knowing other chick fil a’s we figured it would move fast. By 10:40 we made it to the order screen. They then told us breakfast was done with and asked why we didn’t go in when we said we had been waiting for close to a half hour. Assuming we’re able bodied and capable of coming in made us feel even worse. Slowest chick fil an ever and also reporting to the BBB and corporate that their staff isn’t disable friendly. Jackie was awesome and so patient while my wife and I asked questions and were totally unprepared to be in line. Always awesome service and the food and a usually half decent. It sucks that people are having poor experiences here. My food was exactly what I wanted.
