We came to the impromptu and what a beautiful discovery we made! warm and attentive service and enveloping decor. the owner, tony, also provides good customer service. grilled caesar salad, mushroom and quebec's milk calf, served with prosciutto (for me) and shrimp with dew sauce (for honey) made our taste buds happy! Let's go back!

I have booked sballo two years in order for my jubilee dinner. that is a hidden gem that needs to be discovered. eating is authentic, we should know that we have lived in northern Italy for two years. the owner knows his things and strains to bring a fusion of Quebec products and meat into the menu. weincard is excellent, but they can bring their own. very warm for special occasions and requests.
