Pizza Hut - Sherbrooke

My family and I came to this restaurant for a quick and delicious pizza meal with our 5-year-old daughter. We arrived early at around 4:45 pm because our daughter eats early and we wanted to be fed quickly after a long day of traveling. We were seated promptly and given English menus, which was appreciated. However, after we placed our order, the service became slow. Despite reading reviews warning of the slow service, we hoped it was a one-time occurrence. Unfortunately, we were wrong. We waited for 2 hours for our food to arrive, and we had only ordered main dishes. Our hungry daughter was eagerly awaiting her meal, as were we. When the food finally arrived, it was delicious and satisfying. However, we then had to wait again for the bill, to the point where we had to get up and ask for it ourselves. The food was good, but the long wait times were unacceptable. We will not be returning to this restaurant due to the extended waiting times.

We really enjoy Pizza Hut! The food was delicious at this specific location and the restaurant was very clean. The service was a bit slow, but we believe they were short-staffed that night. Our server was friendly and had a smile on his face the entire time, even though he was busy.

I went to this restaurant for lunch, arriving around 1:15. The buffet was scheduled to end at 2, so the selection was limited. They frequently replenished the pizza, but other items like salad were ignored. The pizza was decent, but the service was virtually non-existent.

Not sure if I should be writing this in French, but I was visiting a booty call in Quebec and was taken to this Pizza Hut.
