More importantly, it was delicious! Highway 7 is now our route to Toronto and southwestern Ontario, and fine dining is scarce. There were other good choices on the menu, and service was friendly. However, dinner is served only from Friday to Sunday, except in summer. This spot is 90 minutes west of Ottawa, and also has an electric vehicle charging station.
The best restaurant we experienced during our road trip in east Canada Top food , nice atmosphere and fairly priced Really you should go there
We have eaten at the Fall River Restaurant (about an hour west of Ottawa on Hwy 7) a few times and our most recent experience was by far the best. Under new ownership, with one of the owners the chef, we had delicious meals where the vegetables were wonderful and the fish excellent. The desserts are superb including one of the best maple infused creme caramels I've had in a very long time. Fully licensed and pleasant atmosphere.
This is just up the road from me . Between sharbot lake and perth in maberly ont. Good food more fancy stuff and specials of the day like duck pickerel that type of food and it is liscenced. Popular in the summer . Right on highway 7.
