Had a mandatory 15% tip for a table of 5 (a 6th person sat with us but did not order anything).

Used to really enjoy deli planet. This is kind of ridiculous. The service is decent the food is okay but the quantity is so small almost get more for your buck if you go to McDonald's I hate to say that.

A while ago I discovered Deli Planet offers online ordering and ever since we have picked up lunch about once a week. Our meals have been on time, correct, hot, and delicious! My fave is the french dip with fries and my husband loves the burgers and tater tots. We have been happy with everything, every time. From the ease of the online order process, to pickup, to the food. When I arrive they make me feel like a long lost friend. Always a pleasure to see the smiling faces!

Decided to have Deli Planet take-out Friday evening, so tried to call in the order. Nope, online ordering only and my wife couldn't get the site to work. I was already driving and went to the drive-thru where a sign on the window had a stupid QR code for online orders and no ordering at the window. Tried QR code twice and error both times. If I start getting spam calls/texts, I will be editing this review which will be negative of course. Sorry Becca I understand your hiring situation but Deli Planet has lost business, unless dining-in.
