Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

09/08/23 - My order was incorrect twice today. The staff was impatient and rude. This restaurant is poorly managed and chaotic.

Jacob and Mr. Jon are two shining stars at this Zaxby's. I truly appreciate them. They go above and beyond for their customers, ensuring everyone is well taken care of. They refill drinks, clean the tables, and double-check that we receive the correct orders. They are truly wonderful people.

JT is rude at the counter. I asked for a substitute and he simple stated he couldn 't do that. When he rang up my order I asked for the chips as an addition to my order. His reply to me was "I literally just told you we can 't do that. The chips are for catering only. "When in fact he did not say the chips are for catering only he just said we can 't substitute. There were other ppl standing by me and no one heard him say the chips are for catering only. The point is he should never be that rude to anyone, especially a customer. I was not rude to him in any way. His response to my request is completely unacceptable. Even my daughter was taken back by his attitude and rudeness.

I've been here twice, and both times they got my order wrong. The staff is friendly, but my loaded fries came with tomatoes and lettuce instead of bacon or chicken—so basically vegan loaded fries? Also, I'm allergic to tomatoes, so that was a big problem for me. Thanks for that.

Clearly short-staffed and mismanaged. Walked inside for a carry-out order (had truck and trailer, wouldn 't fit through drive-thru). It took 45 mins to order and get our food, while drive-thru orders were handled much faster. Not to mention our fries were cold, chicken was so so. Disappointing experience...
