Jack In The Box - Shepherd

It's a Jack in the Box, and I was pleased to find that the food was fresh, hot, and well-prepared. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the restaurant was clean and had a nice aroma. I especially enjoyed the freestyle soda machine!

The tacos I typically order were excellent, but my sandwich was missing cheese, and the bacon and cheese fries were barely topped. It felt like they were low on toppings, as each dish only received a small dollop of cheese, roughly the size of a quarter. I'm quite disappointed with this, especially since the loaded items cost more than the plain ones, and I didn't feel like I received what I paid for.

I've been to this restaurant twice at around 6 AM, and I've had some problems. They claim to be open 24/7, but that's not the case. Both times I went through the drive-thru and waited at the window, but no one acknowledged me. It's very frustrating.

I had my first visit to Jack in the Box, and I was thoroughly impressed! The burger was spot on—it looked exactly like the pictures—and the curly fries were the best I've ever had. I usually have high standards for reviews, but I truly have no complaints about this place!

I had to return to have bacon added to the burger I ordered, which is the second time this week that my order has been wrong. On a positive note, I do want to highlight that the cashier was friendly and courteous!
