This cookie place is not suitable for those with a chocolate allergy, as it exclusively offers chocolate-based cookies. It seems the owner only sells what they personally enjoy eating. Whatever happened to chunky, large peanut butter cookies without any chocolate?

I ordered a half dozen Tiff's Mix cookies and a half dozen chocolate chip pecan cookies via UberEats around 7:30 PM. Unfortunately, my order didn’t arrive until nearly 10 PM, and it wasn’t even what I had requested. If I had wanted half a dozen peanut butter cookies, I would have ordered those specifically. Were the chocolate chip cookies good? Yes. Did they have pecans? No. The two-hour wait definitely wasn’t worth it. Honestly, I would have preferred a cancellation over receiving something different from what was shown. I’m giving it 2 stars because, at least, the chocolate chip cookies were warm.

Today I had trouble ordering a large order of cookies online for a college swim team, and called the phone number for help. They connected with the store and then said “they said if you place the order for ASAP they will have it ready soon. I couldn’t figure out my online problem so 35 min later I showed up to humbly ask for 4 dozen cookies and much to my surprise they had already made them!!! WOW now THAT is great customer service. Thank you Tiffs Treat! You rock!
