Great meal. Service was super. Lunch portions were large. Great

Man, this place has such potential. I love seafood, but was very let down with the quality of food they served. The waitress was never available when we needed something, and the atmosphere felt dead. We went on a Friday night. I really hope they make this a better location in the future. I will wait quite awhile before ever going back.

Raynier was very solicitous; with an enthusiastic attitude and a real sense of fantastic customer service.Flatbread was ok, was not very hungry so I ll have to return fir the lobster.MaKenna was very nice. She promptly brought the menu, drinks and took our order. Nice broad smile. Lobster fest special was delicious, right temperature and the butter sauce added the right touch to the lobster tails. Cooked to perfection, lobster, shrimp and side of green beans with mushrooms.Do not forget to try their cocktails. Had the Island Lobster Punch, great rum, not too sweet ordered with little ice. Will return to satisfy the crave. Soon, very soon.

For the 3 flavors of shrimp, the rest were good but the Street corn shrimp, was cold and didn't not agree with the rest of the food I had. Waiter seemed in a rush.
