Pei Wei Asian Kitchen - Shenandoah

I loved pei wei, but not anymore! that is the worst around the experience ever! the portions are smaller (5 pieces orange chicken over a bed of hard, cold, white rice), eating is served all in exuberant keepers, the chicken sweet salad was soggy, and the worst: the prices are higher! we paid over $30 for barely eating. never again!

If I gave him a zero. I have diner to go just to get home and find out eating missing, pad thai tasted awful and wonton suppe didn't even taste like wonton suppe. Previously came here, all the time and the service here has definitiw the derivation. will definitely not recommend this place at all.

Environment was clean, Staff was friendly and checked in on us as we dined in.I ordered the Pei Wei Original Shrimp (asked for it to be as mild as possible because it's usually somewhat spicy, and they did, ?? It was freshly cooked with crispy shrimp, garlic, chili paste, carrots, snap peas and scallions. Tossed in a sweet and spicy chili vinegar sauce.

Many healthy food options. The staff are very friendly and attentive.

We used to love coming here, but lately the quality has declined so much at this point I don't think we'll ever be back. Ordered dinner to go shortly before closing time (so no time to go back to get it fixed), only to get home and have RAW chicken and VERY rare steak. Contacted customer service and never heard a response. So disappointed. I understand staffing issues right now but undercooked meat is unacceptable and the final straw for us unfortunately.
