Contribuiți la feedbackFun place for little children. Has a decent amount of arcade games and cosmic bowling with optional bumpers. Minus one star for the disgusting state of the men’s restrooms.
I appreciate the help of a worker named Ivory. Me and my cousins all had fun. The food was delicious. I will be coming here again, most definitely.
We had a birthday party here.I was worried because I had read about how some hosts were nightmares and how having parties here were expensive and not worth it. But Riley was amazing! She was super sweet and very attentive. And the price was very worth the gamers package. It was our first time having a party here, and everything went smoothly.?I'm so grateful.
Frustrating Experience with Inattentive StaffI had a birthday party for 18 kids at this venue and while the place itself is enjoyable and the kids loved it, I must express my disappointment with the staff. The party went smoothly until laser tag time, after which things took a turn for the worse. The staff combined my group of 18 kids with another group, roughly 8 kids, for laser tag. Unfortunately, they didn't have enough functioning equipment for all of them. Consequently, some of my kids missed out on playing due to faulty gear, while those who did play experienced a truncated game due to a delayed start. This situation left 8 kids without a chance to participate. When I raised my concerns, I was offered extra game time for those 8 kids. Regrettably, I couldn't identify which 8 kids had missed out, making this solution impractical.I was then presented with two alternatives: 1) an additional 30-minute game card for each child (usable only on that day), or 2) a laser tag voucher for each child. Opting for the game cards, I soon realized that not every child could stay an extra 30 minutes. Consequently, I distributed 8 game cards to parents and informed them that they could exchange them for vouchers at the front desk. To streamline the process, I exchanged the remaining 10 game cards for vouchers myself, but this is where things took another turn for the worse.Unbeknownst to me, the 10 vouchers I received were for laser tag, not the promised game vouchers. By the time I discovered this, almost all the kids had been picked up. When I approached the manager about this new predicament, I was provided with 10 one-hour game vouchers. Unfortunately, upon inspecting them at home, I found out they had expired three months prior. Returning to the venue, I expressed my concerns to the manager once more, who assured me that the front desk would honor the expired vouchers and offered to sign them. However, I pointed out that most customers wouldn't go through the trouble of returning with an expired voucher, and that the front desk might still reject them.Ultimately, after some back-and-forth, the manager provided me with 10 valid game vouchers and an unexpired bowling voucher. It was at this point that the manager's attitude took a sharp and unwelcome turn. When I asked why I was initially given expired vouchers, the manager's demeanor became defensive, raising their voice and displaying rudeness.Based on this experience, I strongly discourage others from visiting this venue.
I've been racking my brain all night to think of a nice way to say that Josh (the bartender) is the absolute worst but nothing else comes to mind. Josh is the worst. He blatantly hates his job. Cut him loose and find a bartender who cares about things like customer service or making the correct drinks.
