El Bosque Mexican - Shenandoah

The atmosphere was great. The service was a bit off but it may have been due to being short staffed. We got our food and no one came to check on us until we were completely done with our meal. We ordered a queso but we didn’t finish it because it was watered down. The queso birria tacos could have been grilled more to give it that crunchy texture.

The food is delicious, the only thing I didn't think was that they literally charged us almost 50 dollars as a tip and the waiter disappeared for a long time, I think that employers should pay their waiters well and let diners leave tips according to each person's discretion and not be forced to pay what they want. I think I have no desire to return and if I return it will be for takeout.

I stopped here on the way back home, and I wanted something to eat that was walking distance from the Tesla Supercharger. I sure stumbled upon a great find! I was here just after 10 AM and they had a great buffet going. As a lover of Mexican food, they had menudo and all kinds of tasty things. I was completely blown away by the offerings, and am really glad I came here. Highly recommend!

10/10!!!! This has become my absolute favorite Mexican food in town! They have the Best carne guisada and refried beans. I order it every time. I have never been disappointed in the food or service. The staff is kind and attentive. I’m picky and they have never gotten my order wrong. This place does not get enough credit. The prices are fair and you more than enough food. The chips and salsa are great! You always leave full and ready for a nap!
