The staff were very friendly, but they seemed unprepared for the event. I don't believe using the OpenTable app was the best choice for my son's party. The games were overpriced, but our waitress was fantastic. Overall, we had a good time, even if it wasn't what I expected.

Our party was very disappointing. We had reservations for 10 and it was for a birthday party. We were seated at a two separate tables and the hostess said we could move the tables together ourselves. Really? We were seated in the sports viewing section on a day when there were three Houston sports teams playing. Why would you put a birthday party in the sports viewing section when it was already crowded. The hostess then told us if we walked around and found a table we could move. The waitress offered to bring two more chairs so everyone could sit. That took 15 minutes. The truffle fries were too salty and you were out of meatballs. We were offered a comped fries but when the bill came we were still charged for the meatball bread. We were left with empty drinks constantly. It was really awful and a big disappointment. I could go on and on but you get the point. We will not be back.

Super great customer service. They had our open table reserved ready when we arrived. This is a cool app to make reservations...no need to call.

I absolutely loved it, and my kids, nieces, and nephews had a great time. Thank you for everything!

We went to celebrate our son's birthday, and he had a fantastic time! There were plenty of fun games to play. As for the food, everything we had was delicious; however, they ran out of brussels sprouts, so we weren't able to try them.
