Parker. Eatery - Shelton

What a fantastic restaurant! We took a break on our drive back from dropping someone off at UConn, and it was conveniently located just off Route 15. We enjoyed a delicious lunch featuring an amazing club sandwich and a great chicken sandwich. The fries were also really good – the thin kind. The atmosphere seemed perfect for hanging out, and the prices were reasonable; our lunch came to about $30 plus tip. We sat at the bar and received incredibly friendly service. I highly recommend this place for lunch, dinner, or drinks!

I went out to dinner with friends, and we all had a wonderful time! We loved the great atmosphere, attentive service, and delicious food. Our server, Sara, was both considerate and friendly, and Chef Clemente was more than happy to prepare a special order of wings for us! I highly recommend Parker Eatery and Bar.

I just had dinner at Parker with some friends, and it was fantastic! The food was delicious, and the service was incredible, thanks to Bryan. He was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. I truly wish more waitstaff were like him!

I Have been to the usual good restaurants in and around Shelton plenty of times, but Parker, Eatery and Bar is my new favorite. First the atmosphere was relaxing and the dining tables were perfectly spread out and not stuffed next to each other. My Wife and I sat down at a table, however the bar looked warm and inviting. From the dining area you can still see the TVs with Sports playing on them. 2nd the food was incredible! My Wife had the Crab Cakes and I had the Parker Burger. The Crab Cakes were perhaps the best I've ever tasted and my Burger was perfect. Staff was very friendly and for a Saturday night dinner around 5:30 we were sat right away and our food came about 20 minutes after ordering it. It's a little pricey but we'll worth it to dine here. Highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to have a great meal in Shelton. It's right next door to the Rinks on River Road.

Had an early dinner on the outside patio. Service was good. Food was good. Only 2 other couples there. Will be back.
