This is our ONLY restaurant, my family, and I go to Shelton. Unfortunately, every other restaurant (except the Thai restaurant, but my son and husband don't like Thai) in Shelton caters to the bland of flavor and the lovers of the over cooked. Our family of three are on all different diets for health reasons, and El Sarape can cover ALL THREE of our dietary needs. It's our favorite place to eat out. Service: Dine in
