Domino's Pizza - Shelton

I ordered a simple pizza and even after two hours it didn’t arrive. The estimated wait time was 25 minutes and I only lived 1.2 miles away. I was contacted by the manager after posting this review and she offered me a free pizza. I told her I would take the pizza if she still wanted to give to to me, but I wasn’t removing the review.

When I call Domino's in Shelton, WA, I expect to speak with someone local, not with someone in India, Malaysia, Thailand, or anywhere else. The automated ordering system is frustrating, but the pizza was good and arrived on time. I would really appreciate it if a store employee could take my order instead! The order process feels awkward and impersonal.

They had some really good deals on pizza so we got a couple of large pizzas. Topping were a little sparse, especially after ordering extra toppings. The stuffed cheesy breadsticks were really good. Overall good food if you have a coupon or a decent deal going on. I'd give it 3 and a half stars.

Overall, I really prefer Domino's Pizza compared to other pizza places in town, except for one that offers a take-and-bake option—no names mentioned, haha! Their app makes ordering and customizing your meal super easy, and the delivery is prompt with friendly drivers. After my last order, I received an email with a coupon for a free pizza, which I took advantage of today. When I arrived, Joran, the store manager, greeted me with a great positive attitude and a big smile. I ordered my free pizza and went to the back parking lot to wait outside. To my delight, he brought my pizza right to me. Now that's what I call excellent service!
