Upon arrival, we were seated right away, and our server was fantastic, quickly providing us with our cocktails, although two of them were not drinkable. No problem—our server took care of it. We ordered appetizers, and while the crab cakes were overcooked, the mushrooms and shrimp cocktail were very good. The food came out promptly, but unfortunately, my prime rib was cold, and my sister-in-law's Cajun shrimp pasta was far too spicy to eat, with the pasta overcooked as well. The two men in our group also had cold sides with their breaded shrimp dinners. It's worth mentioning that our server was exceptionally accommodating and did her best to make things right, but it was still disappointing. As a customer and former restaurant owner, I understand that things can go wrong, and I always try to be understanding. However, after this fifth visit, with three of them being unsatisfactory, our guests mentioned they wouldn’t return, and we’ve decided to do the same. It’s such a charming place that was once known for its consistent quality, and I had hoped for a better experience this time. Best of luck to them in the future. Thank you. The food at this restaurant is really disappointing! It's definitely not worth the time or money. I was stunned to find such poor quality food at such high prices—it felt like we were ripped off. I'm serious. They did remove my meal from the bill, but we still ended up paying $52 for just one person and an appetizer! My fiancé wasn't satisfied with his meal either. If you're considering a new place to eat, I suggest looking anywhere else in town. I've never felt so let down before.

My wife and I dined here on a Saturday night to celebrate our anniversary, and we had a fantastic experience. The service was highly professional. The bread served at our table was absolutely the best we've ever had! The shrimp cocktail appetizer was decent, while the lobster bisque was delightful. I ordered the fried chicken, which I thoroughly enjoyed, and my wife chose the grouper, which she found to be excellent as well!

I called to place a to-go order, but was informed that they were too busy to accommodate it. While I understand that being busy is a good sign, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Meal type: Dinner.
