It shouldn't take 30 minutes to prepare a taco order for one person—just two tacos and a quesadilla. If it does take that long, you should offer something complimentary, apologize sincerely, and avoid making excuses!

Our family placed a $50 order, and the friendly employee managed to get it right on the first attempt at the drive-thru. Everything was accurate and provided to us VERY promptly. I'm more impressed with this Taco Bell than I have ever been!

I went through the drive-thru and ordered 10 tacos. When the girl told me it would cost $34.00, I couldn’t believe it and drove away. I could buy all the ingredients to make tacos myself for a lot less!

No idea why this place cannot get its act together. Over many years, it rates at 3.5/5 stars, and that's being generous with the rating. Drive through orders must always be checked for mistakes. Staff to work is an issue--at times, dining room is closed due to their not being able to keep workers.

They always mess something up. They also are now charging for extra sauce. What's tht about.!!
