Taco Bell - Shelbyville

We stopped by this restaurant around 1:30 p.m. on May 30th, 2022, and we were pleased to find our food fresh, delicious, and just as we had ordered. While we were waiting, a man walked in to speak with the manager, clearly upset about his order. The manager handled the situation with great friendliness and professionalism as the man complained about receiving the wrong bag. The manager promptly refunded his order and offered to remake his food. However, the man insisted that a refund and a free meal weren't sufficient because he had driven 12 miles to get there and back. We understand his frustration, but it makes you wonder—shouldn't he have checked his bag before leaving? We support you, Shelbyville Taco Bell!

I absolutely love my Taco Bell! The staff members are professional, efficient, and courteous. Every visit is a positive experience, and the food is surprisingly good for fast food.

I just want to compliment the young man, Luther, at the window. It's quite rare to encounter such a thoughtful employee these days—especially in the fast food industry, unless you're visiting Chick-fil-A. He addressed me as "Ma'am" every time and consistently expressed his gratitude for my business. We need more people like him, and he definitely deserves a raise!
