They do not know how to greet customers in the drive-thru, which is why the service is poor.

The food was served hot and fresh, cooked to order. The dining room was clean and the employees were friendly.

I think that DQ should hold their managers accountable for the bad customer service and the place being filthy. The staff is less then happy to have the customer there that pay the wage and provide a job.

I love the Biscuits Gravy!! Amazingly awesome ever day!! When I’m there for lunch the Flamethrower combo cannot be beat!! Great location with awesome employees. Thanks DQ!! ???
