Late night celebration! They never disappoint. Friendly faces and clean store. Nice outdoor seating too.

There ice cream cakes are really bad they taste very old not fresh at all i called to let them know and they never return phone calls the ice cream cake was $37.00 so don't waste your money on old cake i had to throw away the cake i did not want to get sick go somewhere else to get a fresh ice cream cake the lady says they were just made yesterday there is no way it was so bad thanks Baskin Robbins for ruin a birthday party

The only thing I can give a positive review about at this location is the ice cream. Its Baskin-Robbins so of course its delicious. Who ever is manager here needs to clean up some of the staff and the restrooms. There is one thing that really bugs me when it comes to any establishment where any kind of food is being served is when I see a food server with long hair not pulled neatly back in a tight bun and whos hair is loosely hanging around their face. The server on my visit had the back of their hair barely pulled back in a poor excuse for a ponytail and the front/bangs and sides were not pulled back at all. This person had on sloppy clothing that looked appropriate for doing yard work but definitely not appropriate for serving customers ice cream. Maybe that's the style for young people these days but a work uniform with apron would have been more professional and appreciated. When there were no customers at the counter this person went back to what ever was so intriguing on their cell phone they couldn't wait until after work to view it. I guess its okay to do personal stuff when you are on the clock instead of finding something to do that was job related like oh clean the nasty restroom for example. The customer restroom has no toilet seat covers, the sink looked like some very hairy person shaved their facial hair and didn't wash it down. The trash bin was overflowing with used pieces from a brown paper towel roll that just sat on the edge of the sink. It reeked of urine but at least the toilet wasn't plugged with feces and the floor was filthy. The ice cream was delicious but that thought of possibly finding a hair in it really ruined the experience for me. Clean up the employees and clean up the restrooms if you want a better review.

So many flavors, makes it hard to choose just one qhen you have a craving for ice cream. Significant other really digs the waffle cones here, they're softer than others.I went in for butter pecan, didn't see they had any tonight so I left w confetti cake. He picked some kind of caramel crunch and chocolate.
