So good! Really nice people. Glad we let them smoke our Thanksgiving meat, we got Turkey and Brisket. Highly recommend, moist and delicious.

Review from Middle Tn Strawberry Festival: by far the best food truck there. The smokey/spicy barbecue sauce with a hint of real strawberries was a show stopper. But honestly, it was not even needed. The sliced brisket was tender and moist with a large smoke ring. Sauce would have hidden the incredible flavor this meat had hidden in it that the Barking Pig was able to pull out of it. Glad I picked up extra for tomorrow! Highly recommend them and I am an extremely picky Texan when it comes to bbq.
