Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Shelby

Nice clean place. Service was OK. I've had better Popeyes at other locations. Chicken was warm, and there was more breading than chicken on the sandwich.

I stopped by Popeyes tonight to grab something quick to eat after a long day at work. The experience at this Popeyes was one of the greatest I have ever had. The GM Tiffany has a personality that just brightens up someone’s day and she is just a pleasant person all around. Loved the food and loved the amazing customer service.

Chicken sandwich was Delicious, hot and quick. Thanks.

HORRIBLE SERVICE, MANAGEMENT IS AWFUL. FOOD IS ALWAYS OLD. WAIT TIME IS RIDICULOUS.YET THEY ARE NEVER BUSY. SO HOW YALL STILL SO SLOW.

This place is a joke. Surprised they haven’t shut it down for a second time. Went thru the drive thru, sat there in awkward silence for probably 5mins before someone took my order. Got to the window and she took my money and said to pull around and they would bring my food out. Pretty hard to “pull around” when there’s already 3 cars pulled around. One woman went in and got her refund and left. Apparently I was too dumb and hungry to do so. She finally came out after what seemed to be an eternity and had two sandwiches instead of my one and no drink. Finally got my food and left. And then to pay over $10 for a chicken sandwich and small fries and drink. Should have went to chick fil a!
