Newgrass Brewing - Shelby

This is a really cool spot with a great atmosphere. The beer is excellent, but I found it to be a bit too cloudy for my taste. I'm not sure if that’s intentional or if they just need better filtration. They've also stopped offering beer flights, which is puzzling since it seems like a good way to let people sample more of their offerings. I would also suggest skipping the food, as it’s generally not very impressive—except for the cheese curds, which were a highlight.

This charming little spot is located right in the heart of downtown Shelby. The food was excellent, but I was a bit disappointed that sampling the beer isn’t allowed, which means you have to rely on your instincts when choosing. However, the staff was friendly and the place was clean.

An amazing place with fantastic beer and delicious food! The atmosphere is laid-back, and the staff is incredibly friendly. It's a must-visit for anyone who loves beer, particularly sour varieties!

A solid 4.5!! Really good burgers and beer!! I wanted the cheese curds on my burger but they were out unfortunately! We will be back!!

It's been about 2 years since we were last here. Beers continue to be very good. We ordered trout tacos which were excellent and the hummus plate. Would have like added veggies with the hummus for dipping instead of just a plateful of freshly made tortilla chips which were good. Service with a smile and very knowledgeable when asked questions.
