The next morning, December 1st, I checked my card transactions and discovered that Cookout charged me $30.89 instead of the correct total of $24.71. We've taken the necessary steps to resolve these issues, but I urge anyone visiting to double-check their food, receipts, and card charges. This kind of service is completely unacceptable, and I hope measures are being implemented to prevent this from happening to others.

You could reach Cookout in Raleigh faster by taking a 3-hour drive there, placing your order, and driving back, rather than waiting in line at this location. It's supposed to be fast food, but it feels more like slow food. A visit to Cookout here resembles an overnight campout just to get your order. Honestly, it would be quicker to bring your own grill, set it up in the parking lot, and cook your own burgers. Time seems to crawl at a quarter of its normal speed in this restaurant—just like the DMV sloths from Zootopia.

The service is rushed, and they only provide napkins if you specifically ask for them. The milkshakes aren't blended properly; the strawberry shake is just vanilla ice cream with some strawberry added on top, rather than mixed in.

Really good everytime I go. With prices being so expensive now this is a great place to go when you aren't in the mood to cook, but also need something cheap.

Had heard good things about this local chain so thought, Let?s try it. One and done. Small-sized regular burger, 7 tiny white cheddar cheese bites, and a 4 oz. coleslaw side which was only 1/3 full (see pic). Nope.
